Don't Overthink It treads along the line of venturing into the avant-garde, but before it does it shows some semblance of restraint and relatability. It is a difficult album to explain for it possesses a kind of monotone nature, similar to Dave McDonnell's The Dragon and the Griffin - though still a different kind of album.
